Everyday Tools provides free online tools for processing PDF files, images, and document translation. Our services include merging, splitting, compressing, converting PDFs, image editing, background removal, and document translation. All tools are provided free of charge with no registration required.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Upload files containing malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Upload illegal content including but not limited to child exploitation material
• Use our services to process files you do not own or have permission to process
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt our services
• Use automated scripts or bots to overload our servers
• Resell or commercially redistribute our services without written permission
• Upload confidential government or classified documents

4. File Upload & Processing

By uploading files to our service, you confirm that you own the files or have the legal right to process them. You retain full ownership of your files at all times. We do not claim any ownership over your uploaded content. All uploaded files are automatically and permanently deleted within 1 hour of processing.

5. Service Limitations

• Maximum file size: 25MB per file
• Translation limit: 20 pages or 50,000 characters per document
• Rate limit: 20 requests per hour per IP address
• Files are deleted 1 hour after upload — download your results promptly

6. Intellectual Property

The Everyday Tools website, logo, design, and underlying software are the intellectual property of Everyday Tools and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of our website without written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that output files will meet your specific requirements. We are not responsible for any loss of data during processing. Always keep a backup of your original files.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, Everyday Tools shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services, including loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

9. Advertising

Our services are funded by Google AdSense advertising. By using our services, you acknowledge that advertisements may be displayed on our website. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.

10. Changes to Service
